BOC Governor Poloz reiterates that Canada is neutral on interest rates via ForexLive

Poloz is speaking in a press conference following his optimistic speech.

I applaud the BOC for avoiding any opaque language about rates and simply saying “we're neutral”.

He was asked about dropping the neutral bias and said recent economic data has been encouraging and that the BOC will consider all data.
