Aside from sitting on the dairy website and hitting the refresh button for hours on end, go into your trading platform and set a price alert both sides of the market.

I've got mine currently set to alert me of a move under 0.7800 and over 0.7830. Obviously you may get a false alarm now and again but then just adjust your parameters.

Once again it's due anytime from now as the Kiwi clocks changed last night.
