Foster Wheeler Receives Investment-Grade Rating

announced today that on March 27, 2012, Moody's Investors Service raised the credit rating of Foster Wheeler LLC to Baa3. Simultaneously with the above ratings action, Moody's withdrew Foster Wheeler LLC's Ba1 Corporate Family rating, as this rating is not assigned to investment-grade issuers. Foster Wheeler LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Foster Wheeler AG, is the rated Foster Wheeler entity with Moody's Investors Service as it is the lead borrower party under the company's U.S. Senior Unsecured Credit Facility.
