02.23.12 – Small Cap V Reversal

Price action went from S1 to R1 during the first two hours.  It's good to finally see the small-caps catch up breadth-wise as much as I'd “like” to see a larger magnitude pause before this rally continues. (Note: Screen Shot Fixed)
