Fredy Ramsoondar, Gary Jones and Gerry Davies in accordance with the policy of the Company to grant options to newly elected directors upon a once-only basis following their election to the Board. The exercise price of each option was set above the closing price of the Company's common shares as of February 16, 2010. The total of 300,000 newly granted stock purchase options have a life of two years with immediate vesting from the grant date and are exercisable at a price of $0.10 (10c) per stock option.
