Crude oil is lower across the board today as investors and traders are awaiting Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve's announcement at 2 PM. United States Oil Fund

is down about 1% today. The PowerShares Double Short ETF

is almost 2% higher as it could be a good move going into the announcement.
