Microvision Down 25% After Pricing Offering of Common Stock and Warrants

Microvision MVIS is trading lower on the session after the company priced its $10.5 million offering of common stock and warrants. 4.2 million units were priced at $2.50 per unit. The units consist of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase 0.5 shares of common stock at $2.65 per share. Microvision develops high-resolution miniature laser display and imaging engines based upon its PicoP display engine technology. Microvision is currently trading at $2.25, a loss of $0.74 or 24.75% intraday.
