Parliament Releases New Documents in Phone Hacking ScandalThe UK's Parliamentary Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee Tuesday released new documents thought to be considerably damaging to the evidence given in parliament by James Murdoch.

Some British papers are calling the letter, originally written by Clive Goodman, the only person employed by News International to go to jail for his part in phone hacking, are the smoking gun that has so far been so illusive.
