Donald Trump really wants to be President of the United States. But how seriously is he taking his candidacy?
At the end of May, Trump's campaign had $1.3 million compared with $42 million of Hillary Clinton. This gap in fundraising is likely to put Trump at a cash disadvantage heading into the general election this fall, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
WSJ noted Clinton's super PAC also surpassed Trump's network of outside groups in April. The Clinton group raised $12.1 million in May — higher than April's figures — and the group has $51 million in the bank.
Billionaire Mark Cuban thinks Trump doesn't have any money to spend.
"If @realDonaldTrump were fractionally as rich as he says he is,he would write a$200mm check to propel his campaign. He doesn't have the cash," Cuban Tweeted Tuesday morning.
