Bill Gates Tops the Forbes 400

The Giving Pledge co-founder is once again making headlines for being the richest man in the world. Bill Gates, the man behind that little company that makes Windows – what was its name again? Oh, right, it's Microsoft MSFT – has earned the number-one spot in the Forbes 400. Gates' net worth comes in at $59 billion. Warren Buffett, the master investor who currently serves as the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway BRK, is the second-place winner. Buffett, of course, co-founded the Giving Pledge with Gates. At a net worth of $39 billion, it seems that he has plenty to give. Larry Ellison, the CEO of Oracle ORCL, came in third with $33 billion, while Charles Koch (CEO of Koch Industries) and David Koch (Executive VP of Koch Industries) are tied for fourth. Both men have a net worth of $25 billion. To see the full list, head over to the newly updated Forbes 400 page, or dive right into lengthy slideshow. Follow me @LouisBedigian
