The FDA is likely to rule on AbbVie Inc ABBV's risankizumab that is being evaluated for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

Clinical Trial Readouts

Concert Pharmaceuticals Inc CNCE is due to present Phase 2a data for CTP-543, which is being evaluated for Alopecia areata, at the 11th World Congress For Hair Research. The presentation is scheduled for 7 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, April 25. Alopecia areata is an autoimmune disorder that invariably results in complete hair loss.

Horizon Pharma PLC HZNP is scheduled to present at 2 p.m. Eastern on Friday, April 26 with already released Phase 3 data for its thyroid eye disease treatment teprotumumab. The company's presentation is to be made at the 28th Annual Scientific and Clinical Congress of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
