Michael Corcelli was recently a guest on #PreMarket Prep, a daily trading idea radio show hosted by Joel Elconin and Dennis Dick. Tune in to the daily broadcast live Monday-Friday at 8 a.m. ET here.

Alexander Alternative Capital Chief Investment Officer Michael Corcelli talked about Apple Inc. AAPL on the show.

Corcelli felt that Apple’s stock would reach $200 per share in 2015 and grow to a $1 trillion market capitalization.

Corcelli noted that due to Apple’s size and breadth of its shareholders, it was a “proxy for the entire U.S. economy” and “the world economy.”

In November of 2014, Corcelli had forecasted that Apple would be the first company with a $1 trillion market capitalization and he reiterated that it would achieve that size in 2015.

Apple Inc. recently traded at $132.75, up 0.08 percent.
