Homebuilders Notching Gains (XHB, TOL, HOV, KBH)

In what has been a broad based rally across Wall Street, homebuilders have been one of the better performing sectors on Monday. The SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF XHB has gained 1.78% to $17.70. Toll Brothers TOL has surged 2.84% to $19.54. TOL shares are up more than 21% in the last 6 months. Hovanian Enterprises HOV has jumped 3.67% during the trading session and is currently trading at $4.24. The biggest winner of all has been KB Home KBH which has gained 5.11% to $14.18 on heavier than usual volume.
