Geithner: U.S. To Use "Extraordinary Measures" To Stay Under Debt Ceiling

U.S. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner is out making some interesting comments about the debt ceiling. Geithner said that the U.S. will use "extraordinary measures" to stay under the debt ceiling. We are seeing the indexes start to add to their losses, with the Dow off 15 points, the Nasdaq is lower by 9, and the S&P 500 is off by 2 points.
