•    Shares of Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT) gained 6.7% after announcing second quarter earnings per share of $0.48, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.45

•    Finisar Corp.'s (FNSR) shares dropped 4.7% after reporting fiscal first quarter earnings per share of $0.24, lower than previous quarter's $0.28
