3PAR Formally Accepts HP's Bid (HPQ, PAR, DELL)

3PAR PAR just formally accepted Hewlett-Packard's HPQ bid at $33 per share. Yesterday, Dell DELL had raised its offer for PAR to $32 per share, bettering HP's offer it made on Friday. Shares of PAR are trading at at $33.81, up $1.73 on the day.
