Barclays dropped Herbalife’s HLF price target by $10 to $64, the second price target drop in two months. Back in November, Barclays dropped the price target amid concerns of a currency headwind. Barclays analyst Meredith Adler said at the time that Barclays was not concerned with Herbalife’s debt vs. cash situations.

Of course, the FTC’s investigation into Herbalife remains a large overhang to the stock. Herbalife is down 62% since the start of 2014, closing yesterday at $31.01.
