In a conference call with clients Wednesday morning, Argus President John Eade spoke up some of the new additions to Argus' Portfolio Selector Focus List.
Here are three of those stocks with a summary of Eade's comments:
- eBay Inc EBAY - Reminding investors that Argus recently raised its eBay price target to $36, implying 16 percent upside from $31.11 where shares opened Wednesday, Eade said the electronic marketplace has more room to run.
- Invesco Ltd IVZ - Expecting Invesco to benefit from slowly rising interest rates, Argus highlighted the company's innovative Powershares ETFs
- Packaging Corporation of America PKG - This cardboard manufacturer is a supplier to Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN, which is one of the reasons Argus likes it so much, saying it can be treated as sort of a backdoor play on e-commerce.
