Shares Of Disney, Netflix Higher After Drexel Hamilton Initiates Both Names At Buy

Shares of Walt Disney Co DIS and Netflix, Inc. NFLX were trading in positive territory on Thursday after analysts at Drexel Hamilton initiated coverage of both names with 'Buy' ratings. After opening at $98.65, shares of Disney quickly moved lower and hit an intra-day low of $97.19 before rebounding and moving higher. By mid-afternoon, shares of Disney were trading higher by 1.02 percent at $99.43. At the same time, the Dow Jones index was higher by 1.74 percent at 16,432.64. Netflix's stock opened for trading at $105.65 and similarly moved lower to an intra-day low of $101.21. The stock then rebounded only to give up early morning gains and trade for most of the morning session in negative territory. However, by mid-afternoon, shares of Netflix were trading higher by 1.47 percent at $108.13.
