In a report published Wednesday, Morgan Stanley analysts mentioned that the factor of
Spirit Airlines IncorporatedSAVE
has risen from 79.9 percent in 2008 to 86.7 percent in 2014. Spirit Airlines has grown its capacity higher than industry averages over the past few years. Despite this, the airline's load factor has risen significantly from 2008 to 2014. This is an "important quality," the analysts said, since Spirit Airlines generates around 40 percent of its revenue from non-ticket sources and has projected capacity growth of 30.7 percent in 2015.
