Report: Apple And ABC Working 'Intensely' On TV Deal

An agreement between Apple and Disney is of extreme importance given Disney's channels, particularly ABC Family are considered to be essential for young families – especially those with kids who want lower-priced Internet-based TV options without sacrificing content. The negotiations highlight the difficult position Apple faces. The publication concluded: "Apple can't take on all the channels that the content companies are currently forcing on their subscribers or their new Apple TV service will simply mirror the types of bundles cable companies already have in place."
