5 Stocks That Have JPMorgan Analysts Talking

Fresh from J.P.Morgan, let's take a quick look at some of the stories analsyts are watching.

Westlake Chemical Corporation WLK is rated at Overweight. According to Jeffrey J. Zekauskas, Westlake Chemical offers “the most favorable risk/reward characteristics of the North American petrochemical companies at this juncture.”

The company has the highest free cash flow yield for 2016, the lowest enterprise value to EBITDA multiple, and the least leveraged balance sheet.

Hewlett-Packard Company HPQ launched a new line of open network switchesthrough partnerships with Accton Technology and Cumulus Networks.

Salesforce.com Inc CRM is an Overweight case too.

JPMorgan said it “surveyed 64 salesforce.com partners, primarily located in the Americas, and found that they finished Q4 at 4.8% above plan for their salesforce.com business, or 3.8% above plan if we exclude outliers.

"Key points," it added, were: "1) Relative to prior years, the results suggest a normal, productive demand environment during the seasonally-strong fourth quarter.”

Lennar Corporation LEN was reiterated at Overweight following the analysts' meeting with CEO Stuart Miller and CFO Bruce Gross on Wednesday.

They concluded that “LEN’s commentary from its 4Q call regarding seeing more aggressive competitive activity related to trends observed during its November-end quarter and did not reflect trends outside of that period (other builders have consistently pointed to stable incentive trends entering and continuing into 2015."

The Spectranetics Corporation SPNC was also reiterated as an Overweight after reporting better than expected fourth quarter results on Thursday, driven by upside from both the company's Vascular and Lead Management segments.

“On the bottom line, Spectranetics reported an adjusted net loss of $1.7M ($0.04 per share) compared to the Street’s $2.3M ($0.05 per share) loss estimate, as the company continues to make solid progress leveraging its sales infrastructure," analysts wrote.
