In a report published Tuesday, Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore reiterated an Equal-Weight rating on
IntermolecularIMI
. In the report, Morgan Stanley noted, “This appears to be an orderly transition from the Founder, who built the company around the ability to significantly accelerate research and development in advanced materials, to a CEO with historic experience in building up a company around semiconductor intellectual property. We think highly of David Lazovsky, and think the problems of the last couple of years were unavoidable, but our sense is that the goal here is to expand the size and breadth of the customer base. Dr. McWilliams' history with Tessera could prove helpful in that transition.” Intermolecular closed on Monday at $2.07.
