SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Lowers Revenue/EPS Forecast For eBay
In a report published Wednesday, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey analyst Robert Peck reiterated a Neutral rating and $58.00 price target on eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY).
In the report, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey noted, “We are lowering our forecasts for Ebay, particularly the Marketplaces businesses, due to our estimated negative impact from 1) Google Panda 4.0 and 2) the forced user password reset. We lower our 2Q revenue/EPS forecast 1%/$0.01 to $4.35B/$0.68 vs. guided midpoint at $4.38B/$0.68 and consensus at $4.39B/$0.69. For 2014, we lower our revenue/EPS forecast 1%/$0.03 to $18.2B/$2.95 vs. guided midpoint at $18.3B/$2.98 and consensus at $18.3B/$2.99. For 2015, we lower our revenue/EPS forecast 1.5%/$0.05 to $20.8B/$3.39 vs. consensus at $20.8B/$3.40.”
eBay closed on Tuesday at $50.50.
