In a research note released Tuesday, Barrington Research analyst Kristine Koerber initiated coverage on Restoration Hardware (NYSE: RH) with a Market Perform rating.

The analyst said that the company has gone through a repositioning period within the last couple of years to improve its profitability and solidly position itself in the home furnishing sector.

The analyst continued to state this in regards to its space in the overall market: “The company has carved out a distinct market position that sets it apart from its competitors.”

Koerber said the company could potentially grow top line estimates by roughly 20 percent and EPS by 25 percent over the next couple of years.

Furthermore, the company has focused on targeting the affluent where the analyst believes there had been a void.

Contrary to its peers, the company has been able to compete while maintaining a different strategy. The strategy is larger stores and source book mailings.

Shares of the company are down about 0.16 percent Tuesday.
