In a report published on Tuesday, Goldman Sachs analyst Bill Shope initiated coverage on CDW (NASDAQ: CDW) with a Buy rating and a $27 price target.

In the report, Goldman Sachs stated, "Since being taken private in 2007, CDW has transformed from a seller of off-the-shelf technology products to a provider of customized and integrated solutions, positioning the company to capitalize on solutions- oriented trends such as mobility, security, data center optimization, cloud computing, virtualization and collaboration. We believe this transformation positions CDW for continued share gains and continued growth at multiples of US IT spending while delivering on stable margins, providing greater stability relative to the companies in our coverage universe."

CDW closed on Monday at $22.79.
