Goldman Says Buy Straddles In Blackberry, Chipotle Before Earnings (BBRY, CMG)

Goldman Sachs recommend that traders buy options straddles in both Blackberry BBRY and Chipotle Mexican Grill CMG ahead of earnings.

Goldman recommends that traders purchase weekly $14.50 straddles in Blackberry before earnings this Friday. They also recommend buying July $360 straddles in Chipotle ahead of the company's second quarter earnings release on July 18.

Two other trade alerts were posted for Intuitive Surgical ISRG and Sandisk SNDK. Goldman recommends traders buy July $57.50 straddles on Sandisk as the stock's options screen is most attractive for July earnings, according to Goldman, while they recommend buying July $500 straddles as options are underpricing a "controversial quarter ahead."
