In a report published Monday, Hilliard Lyons analyst John Roberts downgraded the rating on Gladstone Commercial Corporation GOOD from Buy to Neutral.
In the report, Roberts noted, “On Friday, GOOD shares breached our recently increased former $20.50 a share price target. The shares now sit near their last peak when they breached $20 a share before the market sell-off, when the shares dropped into the single digits. As such, we are downgrading the shares to Neutral, as we see little near term upside to the share price over the near term and anticipate that the bulk of the potential return will come from the company's 7.2% dividend yield.”
Gladstone Commercial Corporation closed on Friday at $20.62.
