Goldman Sachs downgraded Aon Plc (NYSE: AON) from Buy to Neutral and maintained a $62.00 price target.

Goldman Sachs noted, "We are downgrading AON to Neutral from Buy as the stock has effectively reached our price target and we believe further upside is limited. Shares of AON underperformed immediately following a disappointing 4Q result, but have since rebounded and we now view shares as fairly valued. Since being added to the America's Conviction Buy list on October 11, 2012, AON shares have increased 14.5% versus a 6.0% increase for the S&P 500. Over the past 12 months, shares are +28.8% versus the S&P 500 +10.5%."

Aon Plc closed at $60.89 on Friday.
