In a report published Monday, Jefferies reiterated its Buy rating on AOL (NYSE: AOL), and raised its price target from $44.00 to $50.00.

Jefferies noted, “AOL posted another solid quarter, ahead of expectations. We believe that AOL's core assets are being underappreciated and think this story continues to get better as was demonstrated by 4Q12 results. We are reiterating our Buy and raising our price target from $44 to $50.”

AOL closed on Friday at $33.72.
