UPDATE: Piper Jaffray Initiates HB Fuller at Overweight on Manufacturing Stremlining
Piper Jaffray initiated coverage on HB Fuller (NYSE: FUL) with an Overweight rating and a $37 price target.
Piper Jaffray noted, "Owning shares over the next year is a call on a positive surprise stemming from streamlined manufacturing in North America. Additionally, we believe Fuller's innovation pipeline is an underappreciated lever for the company to enable higher top- line growth, by lifting pricing/mix and gaining market share through new products, applications, and equipment. Beyond the next 12 months, we see successfully improved margins ex-North America starting in 2014, through a detailed plan for Europe and growth in Asia/Latin America to better fill out their respective cost structures."
HB Fuller closed at $29.81 on Wednesday.
