J.P. Morgan lowered its Acme Packet APKT price target from $20 to $15.50 and reiterated the company's Neutral rating in a research report published on Friday following Acme Packet's lowered guidance announcement.
In the report, J.P. Morgan stated, "We believe this reads across negatively for other enterprise exposed names in our coverage including CSCO, RVBD and FFIV. As for APKT, we remain cautious given the potential for further enterprise disappointment and our view that VoLTE will ramp more slowly than many believe."
Shares of Acme Packet were trading at $15.82 at the time of posting, down 14.07% from Thursday's market close.
