Benchmark: PriceSmart Earnings Preview

Benchmark is out with a research report this morning reviewing PriceSmart

ahead of company earnings expected Monday, July 9, after the market close. Benchmark has a Buy rating and $87 price target on the company. In the report, Benchmark stated, "In late August, the Company opened its first store in Colombia. The initial warehouse club sales and membership sign-ups at the new Barranquilla, Colombia club has reinforced the Company's belief that Colombia could be a market for multiple PriceSmart clubs. We believe the new club is tracking at 10% greater sales than the company average store sales." Shares of PriceSmart closed Tuesday at $66.95, flat to Monday's market close.
