Credit Suisse raises its ration on Esterline Technologies ESL to Outperform from Neutral and increases its price target from $69 to $81 as it updates EPS estimates on better margins.
Credit Suisse says, "We think the risk / reward profile for ESL shares looks increasingly attractive, particularly for long-term investors as timing headwinds dissipate in H2 of FY'12, potential contract opportunities emerge (C-130AMP replacement, AT-6 rebid, foreign military retrofit, KC-46A tanker), and the market begins to focus on an accelerating organic growth profile and margin upside in FY'13 and beyond."
ESL closed at $66.93 on Friday.
