Deutsche Bank maintains its Hold rating and $43 target price on FTI Consulting FCN following in-line guidance and surprising Q4 revenue miss in litigation.
Deutsche Bank says, "There were not a lot of surprises with 4Q results or guidance beyond the 4Q weakness in litigation and strong 4Q margins in bankruptcy. We are lowering our 1Q12E EPS from $0.68 to $0.56 (Street previously at $0.63) while our FY12E EPS moves from $2.86 to $2.80 (Street previously at $2.90). We maintain our Hold due to what we believe is a full valuation offset by what should be improving revenue trends."
FCN closed at $41.35 a share on Friday.
