Goldman Sachs raises its price target on Neutral-rated Frontier Communications
FTR by 50 cent to $4.50 as the company's improved financial profile.
Goldman Sachs says, "Following 4Q11 earnings, our 2012 revenue and company reported EBITDA estimates are now $4.95 bn and $2.39 bn (+0.6%/-0.1%). Our 2012-
2014 EPS estimates are now $0.27/$0.31/$0.30, from $0.25/$0.26/$0.27 previously, primarily due to lower interest expense."
FTR closed at $4.46 a share on Thursday.
