is downgraded to Neutral. Goldman Sachs said that it is downgrading ARG to Neutral from Buy following a great run in the shares over the past six months. “Our unchanged 12-month price target of $89 is based on 16.5X our unchanged CY2013 EPS estimate.” Airgas closed yesterday at $77.02.
