Bank of America Maintains Buy Rating and $15 PT on Vanguard Heath Systems

A report from Bank of America reiterates its Buy rating and $15 price target on Vanguard Health Systems VHS. The report states, “VHS reported EPS of $0.18, $0.04 above consensus/our est on better than expected below-the-line items. Meanwhile, ss volumes were a solid +2%, above the numbers reported by other peers so far, and better than +0.7% in Q1. VHS issued FY12 EBITDA guidance of $520-$545m, below consensus of $543m/our est of $551m with EPS guidance of $0.71-0.86, slightly below consensus of $0.81/our est of $0.83 at the midpoint." VHS closed yesterday at $9.72.
