Citi is out with its report today on ONEOK Partners

, maintaining Buy. In its report, Citi writes, "We rate ONEOK Partners Buy/Medium Risk (1M), with a target price of $50.00. We believe the current valuation does not reflect OKS's above-average growth potential and the recent improvement of the partnership's ability to capture increasing margins across its highly integrated NGL infrastructure assets." At the time of posting, shares of OKS were trading at $44.90, up 3.74% from Monday's close.
