Citi published its update yesterday on Energizer Holdings ENR following ENR's 10-K filing.
In a note to clients, Citi writes, "The AGA Medical acquisition is accretive to STJ's top-line growth rate, as this business had been growing in the low-double-digit range compared to our previously published forecast for STJ of 5.5% from 2010-2013. We now project 2010-2013 EPS of $2.98/$3.30/$3.69/$4.10 (CAGR of 11.3%) vs. our previous forecasts of $2.99/$3.34/$3.66/$4.05 (CAGR of 10.6%)."
ENR closed Monday at $69.35.
