FTI Consulting (FCN) Elects New Director to Board

Global business advisory firm FTI Consulting, Inc FCN recently announced the appointment of Laureen E. Seeger as a new independent director of the Company. The election of Ms.Seeger is the result of an action of the board of directors to increase its overall size of directors from eight to nine.

Commencing her responsibilities as a director from Mar 7, 2016, she has been further given responsibilities as a member of the board's Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Ms Seeger is expected to bring transformations to FTI Consulting. She will provide valuable insight, guidance and provide support to the company in its operational and financial objectives. Top-line weakness in Forensic and Litigation and Technology segments, along with a strong dollar impacted earnings in the last quarter. With her extensive legal expertise and experience, the new director is expected to boost the company's growth by unlocking value for the company and augmenting its revenues going forward.
