•    Eaton Vance Corp's EV shares rose 5.8% after posting second quarter earnings per share of $0.59, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.56

•    Shares of ViaSat, Inc. VSAT fell 8.1% after reporting fourth quarter loss per share of $0.03, contrary to the Zacks Consensus Estimate of earnings per share of $0.10

•    American Eagle Outfitters' AEO shares declined 6.4% after declaring first quarter earnings per share of $0.02, lower than previous quarter's $0.27
