My Adaptation Talk at SMB Capital

My friend Mike Bellafiore at SMB Capital asked me to come down and speak with his incredible training program about the need for adaptation for market participants.  I told some amusing anecdotes about those who I've seen fail to adapt to changing markets. 

Overall, I had a great time talking with some of the sharpest up-and-coming traders in NYC.  Thanks SMB!
