General Information
Oxford Lane Capital Corp is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The fund's investment objective is to maximize portfolio's risk adjusted total return, and currently seek to achieve investment objective by investing in structured finance investments, specifically the equity and junior debt tranches of CLO vehicles, which are collateralized by a diverse portfolio of senior secured loans made to companies whose debt is unrated or is rated below investment grade (the Senior Loans) and, to a limited.

Its investment plan also includes investing in warehouse facilities, which are financing structures intended to aggregate senior loans that may be used to form the basis of a CLO vehicle.
