MicroCloud Hologram Inc. (NASDAQ:HOLO) shares are skyrocketing on Wednesday.

Today, the company announced it planned to join the Communications Industry Association.

HOLO intends to join the Communications Industry Association to foster information technology innovation. 

The Communications Industry Association is a cross-sectoral, cross-regional and cross-ownership national industry organization and non-profit social and economic group.

The business unit in charge of the Association is the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Under the latest development, MicroCloud said its aim is to accelerate the development of new technologies and integrate them into various industries.

According to a recent regulatory filing, beginning at or around 9:00AM EST, February 2, 2024, the company's ordinary shares began trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Markets with a new assigned CUSIP number of G55032208.

Last year, the company said its subsidiary will provide CMS for China’s largest new energy vehicle company. 

According to the agreement, MicroCloud provides the design and development program of a common (including SG, ESEA, and SU models) streaming media control system.

Price Action: HOLO shares are trading higher by 240% to $5.09 on the last check Wednesday.
