Why It Matters: The “Spy x Family” manga has gained significant attention. Earlier a meme from the manga was shared within the Dogecoin community on Reddit, suggesting that spies in the manga’s universe use Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) as currency.

This meme led to discussions and debates within various online communities, as detailed in a Benzinga article. Furthermore, McDonald’s has a history of leveraging popular culture trends, as seen with their Grimace Shake campaign, which went viral on TikTok, as mentioned in another Benzinga article. This new “Spy x Family” themed Happy Set is another example of McDonald’s tapping into current pop culture phenomena to engage with their audience.
