The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 100.87, down 0.26.The U.S. dollar index is trading choppy and at the session lows. The Conference Board's (CB) consumer confidence survey edged up to 114.8 in February from 111.6 in January. The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond's manufacturing Index for February rose to 17 from 12 in January.
