The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 99.41, down 0.20.The U.S. dollar index is trading rangebound. Market chatter about headline news and U.S. economic data due out Friday is making the rounds. The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) New York Business Conditions Index slipped to 57.7 in January versus 63.8 in December. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) is scheduled to release payroll data at 8:30 a.m. ET. Markit's services and composite PMI (purchasing managers surveys) are scheduled for release at 9:45 a.m. ET.
