The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 102.02, down 0.68.Markit's U.S. December services PMI (purchasing managers survey) edged down to 54.1 from 54.9 during November and the composite PMI slipped to 53.9 from 54.6. The Institute for Supply Management's (ISM) non-manufacturing PMI (purchasing managers survey) is due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
