GBP/USD is trading at 1.2476, up 0.0039. The pair is trading choppy and a little under the session highs. The U.K. Office for National Statistics (ONS) reported that retail sales in the United Kingdom rose 1.9 percent during October versus an upwardly revised 0.1 percent rise September. Year over year U.K. retail sales rose 7.4 percent versus a 4.2 percent rise in September.
